BRAZIL – Ali Sipahi Case – STF-Nega-Extradicao-Turco-naturalizado
This decision of Brazil’s Supreme Federal Court denies Turkey’s request for the extradition of Ali Sipahi, a naturalized Brazilian citizen, accused of terrorism-related offenses allegedly committed prior to his naturalization.
