This document records the registration of an individual complaint before the United Nations Human Rights Committee concerning the risk of removal of Selami Simsek from Albania while his case is under examination. It sets out interim measures requesting the State to suspend deportation and ensure access to legal counsel and asylum procedures pending the Committee’s consideration of the case.
