Advocates of Silenced Turkey, in collaboration with Set Them Free, Embrace Relief and Journalists and Writers Foundation, successfully hosted a panel discussion on March 10, 2025, titled “Beyond Boundaries: Exploring Health, Gender, and Social Marginalization in Conflict and Poverty-Affected Contexts”. The event, held at the Church Center of the United Nations, drew a full house, demonstrating significant interest in the intersecting challenges faced by women and girls in regions affected by conflict and poverty.

Youth Engagement in Advocacy: Amplifying Voices Through Panels at United Nations

We are proud to highlight the impactful work of our youth team through two recently organized panels: “Beyond Boundaries: Exploring Health, Gender, and Social Marginalization in Conflict and Poverty-Affected Contexts” and “Navigating Gendered Conflict and Displacement: Ukraine, Turkey, Afghanistan, and Palestine.” These panels reflect our commitment to fostering youth involvement in advancing social justice and advocating for human rights.

TAKE ACTION ; YOUTH FOR HUMAN RIGHTS IN TURKEY WORKSHOP

The aim of the workshop is to train youth who wants to be part of advocating for human rights in Turkey by club activities, exhibitions, art, petition campaigns, etc.

For the age of 17 and above high school and university students. (Limited to 100 students)
